Deleting Objective Lists

Follow these steps to delete objective lists that are not being used; you cannot delete a list that is being used by a class.

Who can do this with default capabilities?

School Network/RP Administrators, School Network Staff, School Administrators, School Staff and Teachers

You cannot delete the library lists that were automatically created for each library, and you cannot delete lists that are being used by classes (including groups within classes). List owners can delete their lists if they are not being used. School administrators can also delete lists owned by others within their school, and school network administrators can delete lists owned by anyone in the school network.

  1. On the Home page, click Accelerated Maths, then Libraries. The Libraries page will list the available libraries for one school. If you have access to more than one school, use the School drop-down list if you want to choose a different school.

  2. Click Manage Objectives on the left side of the page.
  3. Click View/Edit Lists on the Manage Objectives page.
  4. The View/Edit Objective Lists page will show you the lists that are available to you. The Delete option is not available for lists that are being used by one or more classes, library lists (marked with a small circle after the View link) or lists that you do not have permission to delete.
  5. Click Delete in the row for the list that you want to delete.

  6. The program will notify you that the data will be permanently deleted. If you are sure that you want to continue, click OK. When you do this, the objective list will be deleted.
