Exporting Objective Lists

Follow the steps below to export objective lists. Teachers, staff or administrators who are using Renaissance Place in another database can then import your objective list and use it if they are using the same libraries and objectives.

Who can do this with default capabilities?

School Network/RP Administrators, School Network Staff, School Administrators, School Staff and Teachers

  1. On the Home page, click Accelerated Maths, then Assignment Book. The Assignment Book lists the students who are in one class. The class name is shown above the list of students. If you have access to more than one school, use the School drop-down list to choose a school. If you have more than one class, and you want to select a different class, click the Class drop-down list and select the class name. If you want to export the list used by a specific group, select the group from the Group drop-down list.

    On the Home page, click Accelerated Maths, then Libraries. The Libraries page will list the libraries that are available for one school. If you have access to more than one school, use the School drop-down list to choose a school.

  2. Click Manage Objectives on the left side of the page.
  3. Click Export Objective List.
  4. Choose the list that you want to export from the first drop-down menu. If you want to check the objectives that are in the objective list before you continue, click View to see them at the bottom of the page.
  5. The first of the objectives are listed. Click to go to the next group of objectives, to go back one group, to go to the last group in the objective list or to go to the first group. You can also use the drop-down list in the middle of the arrows to choose a specific group of objective numbers. To search for specific objectives, click , enter key terms and click Search. The list will be limited to objectives that matched your search; to see the full list again, click Show All.

    To see sample problems for objectives, click in the row for an objective.

  6. Next, enter the name that you want to give the exported list. Use a name that will be clear to anyone who may be importing this objective list.
  7. You can also enter an optional description to help explain what is in the list or what it is used for. The description will only be visible when the list is being imported.
  8. Click Export.
  9. When the program finishes exporting the list, click Download. Save the list to the location you prefer, and note the file name and location.
