Lockouts from Incorrect Passwords

Personnel log in to use the software, and students may log in to complete online assignments, see the results of past work and mark paper assignments. At times, you may see a message that says a student's account is locked out, or personnel may see repeated messages saying they entered an incorrect user name or password.

Accounts may be temporarily locked if students or personnel try to log in too many times with an incorrect password. If an account is locked, it will automatically be unlocked the next day. If you would like an account unlocked before then, contact your administrator. Administrators can click the links below to find out how to unlock accounts.

To get student user names and passwords, on the Home page, click Users. Then, click View Students and search for your students. In the search results, click the Passwords tab to see the students' user names and passwords.
