Regenerating TOPS Reports

Follow these steps to regenerate TOPS Reports for any recent Accelerated Maths assignment.

Note: If you regenerate the TOPS Report for an assignment that is not the most recent assignment for the student, the Summary will not be included on the report.

Who can do this with default capabilities?

School Network/RP Administrators, School Administrators and Teachers

  1. On the Home page, click Accelerated Maths, then Assignment Book. In the Assignment Book, if you have access to more than one school, use the School drop-down list to choose a school. If you have more than one class, click the Class drop-down list and choose the class for which you want to regenerate TOPS Reports. If you want to regenerate TOPS Reports for work done for a specific group, select the group from the Group drop-down list.

  2. Tick the box next to one student who needs a TOPS Report regenerated. (If you choose more than one student, you will get the most recent TOPS Report for all the selected students, and you will not be allowed to choose the assignment for which you want to regenerate a TOPS Report.)
  3. Click TOPS on the left side of the page.
  4. If you selected one student, the Regenerate TOPS page will list the student's assignments. Click Regenerate in the row for the assignment for which you want to regenerate a TOPS Report.
  5. The TOPS Report will appear in an Adobe Reader window. To print the report, click the printer button in the row of Adobe Reader buttons. If you try to use the browser's print function instead, only the top of the page will print. (In Adobe Reader X and XI, the Adobe Reader buttons may be hidden until you move the mouse over the bottom center of the document or press F8.)

To regenerate a TOPS report for another student or assignment, click the Return link and repeat steps 2-5 above.
