Viewing Student Details
Follow these steps to view details about a student's work. Student details show you the student's outstanding (unmarked) assignments, recent assignments and the status of work on each objective.
Who can do this with default capabilities?
School Network/RP Administrators, School Administrators and Teachers
On the Home page, click Accelerated Maths, then Assignment Book. If you have access to more than one school, use the School drop-down list on the Assignment Book page to choose a school. If you have more than one class, click the Class drop-down list and choose the class.
Click the student's name in the Assignment Book. The Student Detail page will appear. This page lists the student's outstanding (unmarked) assignments, the student's recent assignments and the objectives that the student has been working on.
If you are using groups, use the Group drop-down list to choose whether to view the student's work for a specific group or for the class as a whole.
The available links let you delete assignments, regenerated un-marked paper assignments, re-mark recent paper assignments and regenerate TOPS Reports for those assignments. You can also view online assignments or marked paper assignments.
Note that you cannot recover marked assignments that you delete, and deleting assignments can affect the student's status or progress toward mastery of objectives. Deleting assignments is not recommended except in situations where the score does not reflect the student's actual work.
If you want to see all of the student's assignments (if there are more than five), click view all assignments below the list of recent assignments.
The bottom of the page shows you the current status of the objectives and overall scores. Hover over the symbol in the Status column for more information, or click Legend in the top-right corner of the page.
To see the standards related to the objectives, click ; click it again to hide the standards. To see sample problems for an objective, click .
You can choose to view details for another student in this class and/or another group using the drop-down lists at the top of the page.
When you are ready to leave this page, click Return to Assignment Book.
