Which Report Should I Use?

The following list should help you decide which report(s) can best serve your needs. If more than one report is listed, click the links to read more about the report in order to decide which will work best for you.

  • Report to give parents an update on their child's progress:
  • At-risk students (percentage):
  • Diagnostic codes (to show which students are struggling):
  • Intervention needed - which students require intervention for one or more objectives:
    • Diagnostic Report
    • Status of the Class Report (includes a list of Intervene objectives with problem type and overall results as well as the overall number of students who need intervention)
    • Student Record Report (includes a list of Intervene objectives with the Intervene date, problem type and average percentage correct for work on different types of assignments/problems)
  • Less than 1/2 median objectives mastered - which students have mastered less than half of the median of the rest of the class:
  • Low percentage correct - which students have a low percentage correct for practice, regular test or review problems:
  • Parent Report (includes objectives mastered target for the marking period)
  • Target History Report (includes both targets for individuals and the class as well as the percentage of the objectives mastered target achieved)
  • Team Status Report (includes both targets for the marking periods as well as the percentage of the objectives mastered target achieved)
