Quiz Usage Report

The Quiz Usage Report is one of the Reading Practice reports. It lists the Reading Practice Quizzes taken by the selected students in the time frame that you specified. This report can help you easily identify the most popular and the least popular titles.

If you chose to include the most taken quizzes, the least taken quizzes or all the taken quizzes, the report shows the rank (ranked by number of times the quiz was taken and then by title), quiz number, title, number of times the quiz was passed versus the number of times it was taken, the percentage of times the quiz was passed and the percentage of questions that were answered correctly (taken from all the times the quiz was taken). If you chose to include quizzes that were never taken, the report shows the quiz number and title.

When you print the report, you can choose these options:

  • Which classes or students to include
  • Which reporting parameter group to use (this allows you to include students by enrolment date, ethnicity, gender, language, characteristics and/or year)
  • Which time period to include (a predefined or custom date range)
  • Which quizzes to include (number of most taken quizzes, number of least taken quizzes, all the quizzes that were taken and/or the quizzes that were never taken)
  • How to sort information on the report (by quiz number, title or rank)
  • Whether to group information on the report (do not group or group by class)
  • Whether to only show those quizzes taken for the classes included in the report (this option is available only if you chose to group the information)
  • Whether the place a page break after each class (this option is available only if you chose to group the information)
  • Whether to print the selected report options on the report
