Reprinting a Student's Literacy Skills TOPS Report
Who can do this with standard capabilities?
School Network Administrators, School Administrators, Teachers
On the Home page, click Accelerated Reader, then Record Books and Targets.
If necessary, choose the school and class from the drop-down lists. Choose My Classes instead of a school if you want only the Accelerated Reader RP classes you are assigned to as a teacher to be in the class list, regardless of the school.
Click Literacy Skills Quizzes in the list of Class Record Books.
Click the name of the student whose Literacy Skills TOPS Report you want to reprint on the View Literacy Skills Quizzes Record Book page.
The View Student Literacy Skills Quiz Records page lists the quizzes that the student has taken.
Scroll through the list. If the list is long, it will be split into multiple pages; click Next >> or << Previous to move through the list.
Search by quiz number or quiz title for the record you want. If you are searching by number, type the quiz number in the student quiz search field on the left side of the page. Then, click Go. If you are searching by title, type all or part of the title and click Go. The program returns all the student's Literacy Skills Quiz records that were taken through the end of the active school year that match your search criteria. For example, if you typed "am" in the field, your search results might include quiz records for Amber Brown Goes Fourth and Dreamland since both titles contain the "am" letter combination. To return to the full list of quiz records, click Show All.
Click TOPS in the row for the quiz record you want.
The program generates the report. When the report is ready, it opens in Adobe Reader or your PDF reader. To save or print the report, use the controls in your PDF reader.
When you have finished, close the browser window that is displaying the report.
