What is Renaissance Home Connect?

Renaissance Home Connect is a web-based program that can be used by both parents and students.

  • Parents use the program to monitor their student's progress in one or more essential skills.
  • Students use the program to practise essential skills.

Parents can specify up to six email addresses to receive automatic updates on their student's maths and reading progress.

Renaissance Home Connect is accessible to all Accelerated Reader Advantage, Accelerated Maths Advantage and MathsFacts in a Flash customers.

Renaissance Home Connect uses a different web address (URL) from the web address used by Renaissance Place.

The Informational Letter (a Renaissance Home Connect report) contains the URL. This letter is meant to be shared with parents and students. Two steps are required to get Renaissance Home Connect up and running:

  • On the Home page, an administrator selects Renaissance Home Connect, then Manage Availability.
  • Once activated, on the Home page, teachers select Renaissance Home Connect, then Informational Letter and print the letters to be sent home.
