Viewing and Printing Reports from the Assignment Book
Who can do this with standard capabilities?
School Network/Program Administrators, School Administrators and Teachers
To print reports from the Assignment Book,
On the Home page, select MathsFacts in a Flash, then Assignment Book. The Assignment Book page opens.
If necessary, select a school and class from the drop-down lists.
On the Assignment Book page, on the left side of the page, you can select:
Class Progress. Go to step 5.
Student Progress. Go to step 4.
TOPS. Go to step 4.
You will see a table listing all of the reports available in MathsFacts in a Flash (except TOPS).
Select the desired report name.
If you select Class Progress, Student Progress, Student Record, Certificate or Parent, the Report Options page opens (for the report you selected). The Report Options page is unique for each report. This page allows you to customise the report to your needs.
After you have selected your desired customisation options, select View Report and go to step 5.
To exit the Report Options page without generating the report, select Cancel. You return to the Assignment Book page.
If you want to print a Student Progress or TOPS Report:
to include individual students, tick the box by each student you want to include
to include all students in the class, tick the Student box in the column heading.
Select Student Progress or TOPS.
The report generates and displays in either a browser window or in a separate window.
Review the report and choose one of the following options.
To print the report (if it opens in a browser window), use the Adobe Reader button. If you try to use the browser's print function instead, only the top of the page will print. (In Adobe Reader X and XI, the Adobe Reader buttons may be hidden until you move the mouse over the bottom center of the document or press F8).
To save the report, select the Adobe Reader button, not the browser button.
To modify the report, select Customise this Report. Note: Not all reports can be customised.
To select a different report, click Select a Different Report.
To go back to your Assignment Book, in the navigation bar, select Assignment Book.
