School Network/Program Administrators, School Network Staff, School Administrators, School Staff and Teachers

Reports provide information about classes, students and teachers as well as the work students have finished.

MathsFacts in a Flash Reports are separate from the Renaissance Place Consolidated reports (which provide information from multiple Renaissance Place products on this server). Renaissance Place consolidated reports are available to school network administrators, school administrators and teachers on the Home page, under Dashboards and Reporting.

PDF Viewer (such as Adobe Reader)

To view and print reports, a PDF viewer (such as Adobe Reader) must be installed on the computer or tablet. Certain Macintosh computers use Preview instead.

Contact your school's IT Department/ICT Support.

For more information about installing software, see Installing the Necessary Software to Use MathsFacts in a Flash.

Print a Report (Reports Page)

  1. On the Home page, select MathsFacts in a Flash, then Reports. The Select Report page opens.
  2. If necessary, select a school from the School drop-down list.
  3. Select the name of the report you want to generate.
  4. If the report cannot be customised, go to step 5.
  5. If the report can be customised, the Report Options page opens next.

Select the options for the report.

By customising the report, you may be able to choose the classes, students or reporting parameter group to include, the time period covered by the report, the information included and how that information is grouped and sorted.

    Then, select View Report.

  6. As the program generates the report, the Report Progress page opens.
  7. When the report is ready, the report opens in Adobe Reader, either within your browser or in another window.

If the report opens in a browser window, to save or print it, use the Adobe Reader buttons. If you try to use the browser's print function instead, only the top of the page will print. (In Adobe Reader X and XI, the Adobe Reader buttons may be hidden until you move the mouse over the bottom center of the document or press F8).

To choose different custom options and generate the report again, select Customise this Report.

To choose a different report to generate, click Select a Different Report.
