  • Computers

To check each computer and laptop for the necessary software, select Check Software Requirements on the Login page before the student logs in.

If any programs need to be installed or updated, contact your school's IT Department/ICT Support. When programs are installed, the programs must be installed so all users of the computer can access the programs. Your school's IT Department/ICT Support can tell you if you have the rights or permissions required to install software for all users.

To use tablets with MathsFacts in a Flash, you do not need to download or install an app. You must either connect to your school's Renaissance Place web address (found on the Downloads page) or to your school's Renaissance Home Connect web address (found in the Renaissance Home Connect Informational Letter).

On tablets, additional printer setup may be required in order to print the report. The ability to print from a tablet depends on the type of tablet being used, the type of printer being used and/or the program or system being used to connect the tablet to a printer. For assistance, contact your school's IT Department/ICT Support.

  • Make sure the students know their user names and passwords. You can see and print a list of student user names and passwords in Renaissance Place. You may also contact your school administrator or school network administrator
