Getting Started: Administrator Dashboard

Who can do this with default capabilities?

School Network Administrators

You have signed up for Freckle Premium Edition! Now what? Below, you will find a brief "Getting Started Guide" to help you get your administrator account up and running and get your pupils practising!

  1. Add a new administrator account. Email us at customersuccess@freckle.com; provide the first name, surname, title, email address and school that the new administrator needs access to.
  2. Ensure all teachers have accounts. Each teacher at your site that will be using Freckle Premium Edition will need to sign up for an account at classroom.freckle.com. Make sure that they choose the correct school affiliation so they have access to all your Premium Edition features.
  3. Ask teachers to set up pupil class lists. In order to start using Freckle teachers will need to enter their pupils into their class lists. This must be done by the individual teachers and cannot be completed in an administrator account. Be sure to check out all the class list management features available with Premium Edition (like sharing).

After completing these three simple steps, you will be on your way to effectively utilising the Administrator Dashboard.
