How can my pupils access, review and retry their tasks?

All pupils can view any tasks from their teacher on their pupil dashboard (student.freckle.com). From there, the experience is customised for different years.

Years 1–3

Pupils in Years 1–3 access their tasks by selecting From My Teacher. They can view information about each task, including when it was assigned, who assigned it and what the title is.

Years 4–6

Pupils in Years 4–6 access their tasks by selecting My Rucksack. Here, they can view current incomplete tasks in the "To-Do" tab.

Pupils will also see a "Done" tab. This tab shows them information about completed tasks as well as completed self-selected practice; they can also filter the completed tasks shown by date. Pupils can see information about their accuracy on each task. From here, pupils can also:

  • retry Targeted Practice maths tasks
  • re-watch assigned IBL videos

Additionally, pupils in Years 7 and above have access to a "Progress" tab that gives them more in-depth information about their performance in Freckle. They also have access to a "My Class" tab that shows their class leaderboard.
