ERROR: Manifest Could Not Be Accessed

If you see a "Manifest could not be accessed" error message like the one below while you are working in myON, see the possible causes below.

Possible causes:

  • an improper/missing entry in the whitelist (addresses allowed by your firewall/web server)
  • an issue on the network or other connectivity issue involving the local network/internet

Contact myON Support to see if the issue can be replicated. If not, the cause is a local problem with your network/infrastructure, so your IT staff needs to be notified.  If Support can reproduce the issue, myON will investigate a possible myON system issue.
