Limiting Project Access/Visibility (Teachers)

The steps below describe how to limit a project to you and your students only.

  1. Log in to myON as a teacher and go to your Projects page.
  2. Find the card for the project you wish to edit and click Edit on that card.
  3. select Edit on a project card

  4. The project page will open. The Shared section of the page is for those who want to make their project available to others. Do not tick "Mark as Shared" if you want to restrict access to just you and your students. By default, only you and your students will have access to the project unless you share the project.

    The Group Administrator determines whether shared projects are seen by your school group only or by your school group and the myON community. See Account Options under Group Administrator Control.
